In the kitchen there is a kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, mini air fryer oven, fridge, induction hob, pots and pans. For breakfast you have eggs, fresh milk, bread, and a variety of cereals, jams and spreads. Garden Cabin, peaceful self contained Chalet set behind our house in Chipperfield. Large self contained double room with ensuite set in 2 acres of garden You have your own front door so can come and go as you wish. We will respect your privacy. There is a bistro table at the front and bench at the back. Teas , coffee, continental breakfast all left for you A 15 minutes walk to the village, pubs, cafe and shop. Close to train stations in to London ( 30 mins)

The Annexe is an independent serviced studio. It has its own entrance and provides all comforts and luxury including king size bed, Sky+TV, including sky sport , Netflix, Prime, the full sky package, WiFi and cooking facilities, under-counter fridge. We are only 13 miles from Cambridge, so perfect for anyone visiting or working in Cambridge or the surrounding area.

The Hideaway is a Brand New Annex in the grounds of my family home. Perfect as a business visit stopover, short-term accommodation or a holiday break. It can be used as one self contained annex or can be hired in two parts. Hideaway and Hideaway2 both listed. It can sleep a maximum of 5 people .
