Is a family neighbourhood with kids about, it can get loud at times during the day especially on weekends. Stairs down to the flat for those with mobility issues. It's a level 10-minute cycle to Queenscliff along a shared cycle way and 10-minute walk to an express bus with just 4 stops to Sydney CBD. A public golf course & playing fields are across the road.

This quiet family apartment has lovely water views. It is an easy 200m stroll from the centre of the famous Manly Beach, closer than appears on the Airbnb and online maps with access to the main road through a quiet bush reserve. All the necessary appliances, and a great newly renovated balcony to relax at the end of the day. Dedicated parking for one vehicle, fits large SUV. The bathroom has been fully renovated in August 2025
