Great apartment in one of the best areas of the city. The apartment looks exactly like in the pictures, with a large bedroom and living room that connects to a kitchen that has it all. Although the apartment is located just one block from the busy Carrera 33, it is actually very quiet. There are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. There is a supermarket right in front of the building, actually. The beautiful Parque San Pio is one short block away. Same thing with the Parque Las Palmas. Service is excellent, with the landlord always available to assist or help with any question. Will come again!

Excellent experience, highly recommended Our stay was wonderful. From the first moment, Gloria was very attentive and was always available for any questions. The place is just as described in the listing: clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The facilities were spotless and well equipped which made our stay even more enjoyable. We loved the stay there. It was super clean and had all the comforts we needed. The kitchen is VERY well equipped and the view of the apartment is beautiful. The area in front of the building is for the puppies and we loved it. All friendly people and the supermarket downstairs is perfect for any need you have. The parking lot is very spacious and the facilities excellent. Really happy, we didn't want to go🤭, we'll be back on our next trips !

Excelente kitchen, location, beds. Smaller, quaint building. Good daily exercise getting up the fifth floor by stairs nut well worth. Highly recommend this location

Excellent place, very nice space!!! It has a farmatodo in front, and on the corner the supermarket success and makro, and diagonal a line of taxis. The residential complex is private and they are all very friendly, I recommend it 100%, I would stay again, I went with my family and my children loved it because they enjoyed the pool.

Great place if you want to stay in Ruitoque, it is such a beautiful peaceful place. The house was great for our needs, spacious, clean and convenient.

Good place to stay and relax, good pool, good wifi, comfortable rooms and very responsive.

It is a great accommodation, it has all the amenities a family needs, the parking lot is at the front of the place, a very central place or in Girón. The accommodation has only two observations, it is close to a rumba area and close to the river.

If you like a place to stay without worries about the security of your family, this is the right place. The walking trails are amazing. Also, the cabin has a beautiful view. A very peaceful place to stay. Highly recommended.

It is a very nice apt, clean, the location is good, you have everything you need. Jorge is an excellent host, despite some bad comments ... it went very well with him. I didn't have any problems, very attentive and respectful. Super recommended.

The place is very comfortable, complete for a family stay. The building has children's playground and a good size pool. The only thing is that weekends there are clubs nearby with very loud music. However, it did not affect our experience. Grateful and very happy with my stay

This trip is the multiple times I’ve rented Brian‘s place, it is so comfortable half the time I don’t even go out. Beds are comfortable, furniture is amazing. The location is ideal. Very very comfortable place with all the amenities you ever need. Like a home away from home situation. Brian is a great host very attentive. Always checking in seeing how I was doing. if you’re going to Cucuta this is definitely a must stay well worth the money.
