Very comfortable family house with unobstructed ocean views from the swimming pool, bedrooms, living room and BBQ area. The house is located directly on a sand bottom beach great for swimming and beginner surfing. The famous left hand reef break is a 5 min walk and can be seen from the house. The garden, pool, fire pit and bbq area are perfect places to watch the evening sunset over the ocean. The house is also equipped with hot water, AC, smart TVs, wifi and full time house cleaning.

It is a small and minimalist house in Medan City Area, perfect for family and a group of friends who are in vacation. The Host is living in Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), however, the house is being taken care of family members who are living just beside the house. Breakfast is included. The Host is very friendly and in case of any problems or inquiries in the house, they are available just right beside the house.
