What a view. Loved the location of the house. Convenient to everything. I got an excellent workout walking up the stairs. House was super cozy especially with the big fireplace. I would def return. Had a small issue with wifi but got that sorted.

Absolutely loved our stay in this cute little house, great facilities, very clean, and my son liked the park across the way. We hope to stay again next time!

Jamie’s place holds a wonderful harbor view, we liked the space. Each bedroom has plenty of space and the beddings are so lovely. We would like especially express our thanks to Jamie for giving us a hand when we forgot to bring a suitcase. Please have a stay here when you visit Dunedin, if it’s sunny you’ll have the best memory from here.

Immaculate, tidy spot in a great quiet location, perfect for what we were looking for

We stayed a couple of nights at Rose Cottage and it was very enjoyable. The house is immaculately clean with very comfortable beds, a good squishy couch, and plenty of essentials for a comfortable stay. Great location, easy to find and well fenced/safe if you have little ones in your party. 10/10 would stay again!

Loved our stay ! Easy to access. Stunning views, nice and quiet. Beautiful and clean inside. Comfy clean beds, slept like a log. The pub is great for meals and the walk out to the lighthouse is unforgettable when you spot yellow eyed penguins. Would highly recommend and will definitely return. The apartment was in a beautiful building and looked historical to me and exactly like the pictures. Fully Equipped kitchen, and I had the pleasure to use the new stove 😊. There are plenty of dishes, bowls, silverware and cookware. If you’re a Farmer market lover like me the apartment is 8 minutes’ walk to the market. The Octagon is 15 minutes (short legs😊). Chinese garden and Queens Garden are 5 minutes. My boys loved the private heated Jacuzzi it was on charming rooftop terrace with stunning city and hills views. The location is very quiet. Suzie the host was very caring and sweet. Thank you Suzie.💐

Great location, spotless modern spacious apartment, well equipped and provisioned kitchen, and we felt right at home. Easy walking access to Dunedin central sights. Car access is tight but doable for a medium sized car and a few flights of stairs (no lift) but these weren’t an issue for us. Host very responsive. Would stay again.

Beautiful modern house away from the city, great price and very clean, great heating for winter, would recommend and definitely coming back in future trip to dunedin, recommend for someone who’s on a trip with a car or their own transport, it was perfect :)

This bright flat is in a heritage building, centrally located to restaurants, the harbour and highway access. Bonus is indoor parking. The flat is well equipped and the hosts were helpful and responsive. Would recommend

We had a fantastic stay. Such a cozy welcoming home, we all absolutely loved our 3 night stay and were sad to move onto our next location. We will definitely rebook for another Dunedin stay its the best airbnb we've used. 5 star for everything 🌟 🤩
