Brandon Greg's place is an older style house, which is really spacious and warm. bedrooms, lounge and deck are huge. kitchen is great, and we cooked a few meals. the master bedroom is big enough for its own lounge, with 2 comfortable single chairs and a fold out couch-bed. Well suited our family of 4.

Joanne’s place was the perfect spot for our stay- centrally located to city center and 7 minutes to beach. It was super clean and well appointed and Joanne was very responsive to anything we needed. Highly recommend!

Charming, rural cottage with lovely, relaxing garden and Karitane’s beaches within walking distance. The General Store is close by for coffee, meals or groceries. The holiday house is full of colourful art and very comfortable.

Bull Creek is an absolutely lovely spot. Quiet and remote with lovely bush and beach walks. The neighbours were friendly and helpful without being intrusive. Walking in the nearby bush being deafened by the bellbirds a definite highlight. Views from the house of the sea was spectacular and the coastal walks and seeing the seals and lots of birds was another highlight. All of us agreed that we would love to stay again.

We loved staying in this home! It was very comfortable and warm, with everything clean and tidy. The location was ideal, and the space was great for children too.

Amanda and Lisa were extremely helpful and responsive to information requested. Lisa was amazing when my husband suffered a medical event and needed to be taken to hospital, ever so helpful and generous. We loved the apartment very well furnished and presented.

Nice place, good spot to hang out, felt very homely & warm. Not too many pet friendly places so great they allow this. Good location with great views & walkable to the beach and cafes etc… Would stay again and recommend to friends.

Despite being busy for most of our trip and being out all day, we really appreciated coming back to this lovely area. We went for evening walks (and loved chasing a large cruise ship up the beach one night), and enjoyed the lovely out door courtyard at the house. We had a bit of a hiccup with the plumbing, but it is always the way issues are handled that speaks to a situation - and Nikki was always quick to communicate and to offered a resolution as soon as she could. We really appreciated her care with this. We also appreciated how resourced the home was, right down to the take away containers that we could pack our lunch in for the day. Thank you Nikki.

We highly recommend Sal’s place! We loved everything about it. Incredible ocean views, clean space with everything you need to be comfortable, close to the beach and town. Sal and Lloyd were gracious, friendly, and helpful hosts. Keeping warm with the fireplace was an added bonus. We’d love to stay here again and couldn’t recommend it enough!

We had a wonderful family holiday by the beach in Karitane and the house was great - perfect being so close to the beach and so cosy in the evenings by the fire - thanks so much Becs!

We went to Dunedin for the Otago Open Days. The house was spacious, very clean and had all the amenities you expect. Still close to the city; however, far enough away to rnjoy the quiet area. It is close to the beaches of St Clair and St Kilda. For those who like to play golf, St Clair Golf Course is close by. Kimberley was very proactive, provide lots of information about points of interest and good locations to enjoy a nice meal ir some ice-cream. We felt very welcome and enjoyed our stay. We highly recommend this place and appreciated how Kimberley made our stay so enjoyable.

me and my wife booked for 2 nights and we loved it that much we didn't go anywhere really only just down to the nearest town and drove along the coast very relaxing and welcoming will definitely be booking again

We had a wonderful family celebration with three generations. Beautiful landscaped grounds and with the beautiful weather we spent most of our time outdoors. Sauna and tub were well used and inside our families enjoyed the character rooms,lounge and kitchen. An ideal space for a big group.

Absolutely magical – a true home away from home! We stayed here for a week with our little pup and had the most incredible time. From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed – Adelle and Greg had thought of everything. A beautiful welcome basket greeted us, complete with homemade stewed apples, fresh eggs, milk, butter, and baked goodies. The little touches continued throughout the home – luxurious shampoo, conditioner, and even a hair detangle spray! The bed was, hands down, the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in while away – with high-quality, lush bedding and soft, fluffy towelling that made every morning feel like a spa day. The views were breathtaking, and we loved spending our evenings soaking in the hot tub, enjoying the fireplace, and playing board games or flicking through books. Every detail has been thoughtfully curated, and it made our stay feel so special. We can’t thank you enough – we’ll absolutely be back!

The space is huge, it's unbelievable and with everything you would need catered for. The kitchen, large and impressive, the lounge so big but with a large log burner for those cold winter night and the beds large, warm and comfy. The icing on the cake though is definitely Alvin himself. Went out of his way to help, even offered to pick us up from the other side of a very large hill and an engaging raconteur to boot. First class, will surely visit again and stay longer next time.

We had a wonderful week at Annie’s place. The spa was amazing and the place was warm and had everything we needed. The bathroom was lovely! We enjoyed the restaurants down at the beach. We will definitely come again! Thank you!
