Lovely room with gorgeous views of the Dwyryd estuary towards Harlech castle. Within easy reach of Portmeirion, Snowdonia and the Lleyn Peninsula. Ideally situated for cyclists and walkers as we are on a number of cycle and footpaths including the Wales coastal path. Cae Gwyn is in a quiet location but within walking distance of the village centre which has 2 pubs, a spar shop and a number of takeaway. We are also a short walk from the mainline railway station and on several bus routes.

We’d love to welcome you to our stunning guest suite set in the village of Cemaes, a former schoolhouse you will be staying in what was originally the school cloakrooms! Cemaes is close to the historical town of Machynlleth and Snowdonia National Park. Beautiful views await you along with lots of things to do and see. A simple but tasty breakfast basket is included. 😁 Great location if you're interested in cycling or walking as we're on the Jack Mytton Way. Only a short drive to Church Stretton, Much Wenlock, Ludlow, Bridgnorth & Shrewsbury. Easy access to the Ludlow fringe & fayres etc Sadly not suitable for children u12.

Close to Zip World, various National Trust properties, Castles and great walking and climbing. 2 separate bedrooms each with double bed and shared bathroom. Vegetarian breakfast provided includes cereals, yogurt, preserves, eggs and home made bread as well as other veggie food Evening meals can be provided at extra charge if ordered in advance (non-veggie, veggie,vegan).

Enjoy easy access to the beach and promenade a 2 minute walk away, 10 minute walk from the train station and a 10 minute walk to the centre of Colwyn Bay or Rhos-on-Sea with popular shops and restaurants from this charming place to stay. The Welsh Mountain Zoo is a 5 minute drive or a minibus ride from the train station. We are based on a quiet road and a sea view from the garden. To be aware, it is not 10 minutes to Snowdon as the description says, it's a 30 minute drive.

Our eco house is a relaxed and comfortable place to stay in the beautiful & unspoilt Welsh Borders. We have a large garden growing most of our fruit & vegetables, our own chickens and provide free cider while stocks last. Please understand that we are a traditional bed and breakfast establishment. I know that the listing states that a whole flat or house is available, it is not. Unfortunately AirB&B insist that we put this otherwise it on will only list one bedroom.
