Magical 200 year old Gate Lodge on Coast.
This unique one-bedroom house was once the gate lodge of the Vernon Estate, and it's in an amazing location, right on the promenade in prestigious Clontarf. Built in 1840, it is steeped in history and is a magical place to stay with a sun trap garden over looking the sea. This is a gem of a place and the perfect place to stay. Walk to the Wooden Bridge, Bull Wall, Dollymount Beach and St. Anne's Park. There is gorgeous restaurants / bars within walking distance. Please ask for more info!

Own Entrance En-Suite Room close to Aviva & RDS
Private en-suite guest room with its own entrance. The en-suite is attached to our home, offering a self-contained space for your comfort and privacy while we live in the main house. Our home is just 4 km south-east of the city centre, easily reached in 13 minutes by DART, a 6-minute walk to the Aviva Stadium, and 10 minutes to the RDS. Sandymount is a charming small village with restaurants, cafes, bars, pharmacies, and a supermarket. The nearby Sandymount Strand is just a 6-minute walk away.

Everything in the house has been curated by me and it is filled with love. Also you are only 10minutes to the city centre or 10 minutes to the bike trail which will take you all the way out along the coast to the seaside village of Howth. It is within 200m of Sandymount strand, 100m of Sydney Parade DART station, 10 mins from city centre, 5 mins from RDS & Aviva, Aircoach 701 stops at St Vincents Hospital on Merrion Road. This stop is a 12minute walk to the room. For the tired traveler you'll be right at home in this very quite residential location, that, complemented by black-out blinds will ensure a great night's sleep.

Super-easy to get to and from the airport, close to city center and just next to many public transport lines.
