Outside you'll find plenty of parking, a large BBQ, an outdoor lounge area, soft grass, and loads of fruit trees!

Enjoy a stay at our unique and charming 1-bedroom unit in the heart of Exmouth. A 2 minute walk to town, where you’ll find the local shops, cafes & restaurants. Down the road from Federation Park, come check out Exmouth’s Sunday markets between April-September. Unfortunately no pets allowed. No parties allowed. As the unit is apart of a smaller community, please keep noise levels down between 9pm-6am

The temperature is between 26 and 30°C.
