We're in a quiet village - but there are ducks, geese and horses as neighbours! - with good road links (A5 /M1) and trains from Berkhamsted or Tring. Eaton Bray has a pub, a convenience store and a fish and chip / Chinese shop. There is an Indian restaurant and takeaway close by too.

The double doors from the patio, lead you into the main, open plan kitchen / living room / dining area.
