Holiday rentals with lake access in Northern Cyprus

Had a wonderful stay with family, the villa was everything we wanted and more. The outside area was fantastic with a large pool, plenty of seating with a bbq area. The inside of the property was clean and spacious and had everything we required. The villa is situated in a quiet location which was perfect for us, there is a lovely bakery a short walk away and a beautiful little beach just a ten min walk away. There are some lovely restaurants within walking distance and the bus stop is right outside the villa with bus running every ten minutes, you can travel in to Pernera, Protaras, cape Greco and Ayia Napa. There is no doubt that we will be returning to this villa.

Konaklamamız gerçekten çok iyiydi kız arkadaşımla birlikte çok güzel vakit geçirdik Berke bey ve Merve hanım çok yardımcı oldular Merve hanım havaalanından bizi de aldı zaten aracımız olmadığı için sadece şunu söylemem gerekebilir merkeze çok uzak eğer aracınız varsa problem olmayabilir ama aracınız yoksa tercih etmeyin derim. Bizim aracımız olmadığı için çok zorlandık ama genel olarak bakıldığı zaman çok güzel bir evdi biz kışın gittik ama yazın eminim çok daha güzel olur.

Das Haus hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Nähe zum Meer, die tolle Sicht aus jeder Lage, die großzügig angelegte Aufteilung der Räume. Alles perfekt ausgestattet wie WM und GS, viele Utensilien, Liegen, Schirme. etc. Alles im Überfluss vorhanden. Traumhafte Küche, leckere Obstbäume. Wir haben uns (5 Erwachsene, 1 Kind, 1 Baby) sehr wohl gefüllt. Bei Fragen ist immer Feedback sofort dagewesen. Nur das Wegfahren ist uns schwergefallen!

This large apartment was perfect for our family of four. It is beautiful with great natural light, huge balconies, comfortable furniture, a well equipped kitchen (including dishwasher), comfy mattresses, and good water pressure in the showers. The area is very peaceful and quiet and there's a grocery store nearby as well as some nice cafes. Anastasia was such a helpful host, going above and beyond to answer questions and even organised to get us some headache medication when all the pharmacies were closed. Highly recommend!

Alexandra's place is really nice and cozy, with an amazing location, right next to one of the best beaches in Cyprus. Alexandra is a great host, very responsive, helpful, and polite. Our stay was perfect and without any issues and set us up for a great vacation. We will definitely be coming back!

The place was amazing and clean as well; but the only thing that didn’t meet my expectations is that i saw a picture of the saint lazarus church so i thought the apartment would be nearer to it. Other than that, the street was very peaceful and situated next to a supermarket which was convenient and near the beach too. The wifi and hot water are excellent 👌🏻👌🏻 Thank you for your hospitality and i look forward to repeating this experience.

Huzurlu, rahat, konforlu bir ev, muhteşem ev sahibi.

The place is great. Location - 8 minutes to a guarded, beautiful beach with sun loungers. The same amount for the salt lake. 15 minutes to the center, and you can walk along the promenade by the water or through incredibly atmospheric streets. The apartment has everything you could need. The air conditioning works very well, as does the water heating. Everything for cooking is available, spices, washing machine, iron, towels, blankets, extra pillows. Very clean. Great contact. Nothing could have been done better.

çok temiz, çok düzenli, çok güzel kokan bir ev. konumu denilen gibiydi ve Semiha Hanım bizi çok güzel karşıladı ve çok yardımcı oldu. evde ihtiyaç duyulabilecek her şey mevcuttu. çevresi çok sessiz sakin, iki merit ve bir mini market'e de çok yakın.

I fully recommend this apartment. It's located in a quiet area, which is great for a good night's sleep, and it's also close enough to the main part of Larnaca, so you can easily walk to the beach, nice restaurants, bars, etc. It's also 5 minutes walking from a pharmacy, a store with all the essentials, and a gas station for when you rent a car. The apartment itself is quite big, so you'll have plenty of space. It has a huge balcony and a huge kitchen. The beds and pillows are very comfortable, and the whole place is well equipped. I met Mukthar and his wife in person, and they are lovely. I'm sure that if you ever need any assistance from them they'll be happy to help.
