This is not a tourist destination.Surrounded by fields and mountains, you wake up in the morning to the sound of birds, and it is surprisingly quiet at night.The kitchen is lined with tools for a lifestyle that includes fermentation, such as miso and pickles, which have been passed down in this region.The greatest feast in this house is the 'ordinary life' where nothing special happens. We used furniture inherited from local homes and flooring materials from a demolished temple.This is a space where time remains in this land, with its scars and tree rings intact. This accommodation is standardly room-only. We also offer experiences such as bonfire, plant dyeing, and local home cooking upon request (reservation required).Your guides are local people who have lived here for a long time. You can spend a day doing nothing, or you can talk for hours while gazing at the fire.Please enjoy a stay where you can live like a local.
