The cabin is located by Tinnsjøen lake with parking right beside it. It is 6 kilometers from Mæl ferry rental in the direction of Atrå. It is 17 kilometres to Rjukan, 25 kilometres to Gaustatoppen mountain and beautiful mountain areas. Beautiful views, plenty of sun. There is no running water in the cabin, but water tap just outside. Free wood for the wood stove. When there's frost and freezing temperatures, there's no water in the tap outside. Water must be collected from the host. Rowing boat is available for free. We rent the brewery/firehouse on the farm with large lawn at their disposal. Here children can play, kick football, etc. The house has a kitchen, living room, sauna and bathroom on the ground floor. On the second floor there are two bedrooms where there is room for six people in total. The first bedroom has two single beds. This bedroom you have to go through to get to the other, which contains a double bed, and two single beds. The house is rural. Opportunities for many activities nearby !!

Small cabin on island

"Kjempehytta" is an Idyllic small cabin located on a beautiful island in Lake Toke in Bamble, Telemark. A perfect place to see the the starry night sky, and enjoy nature. In summer you can go swimming an fishing in the lake. To get to the island you need to padle a canoe. The canoe and two lifejackets are included in the rent.
