The facility we invite you to is a newly-commissioned, modern, 2-room with a living room and kitchen, fully equipped, comfortable house, located on a separate, large, beautifully organized plot. It is an unusual, charming place, surrounded by greenery on all sides. The 800 sq meters plot is 180 meters away from the shore of the very clean (1st class of cleanliness) Lake Łęsk. Walking along the lake shore (5 minutes) you will see a communal swimming area with a large pier. The view from the cottage is directly to the forest.

Our cottage is located on the very old town, so you can enjoy peace, quiet and beautiful views. Staying in the village of Budne is a perfect break from the city bustle. Our small village has not succumbed to time, everything works here as before. There is no shop, no restaurant, no tourists, only silence and nature. The village is surrounded by meadows and the Puszcza Piska forest, 10 km to the nearest towns. Cranes and countless water birds invite you to a daily spectacle. Here you will find peace

Agritourism - Karwik Stop is a house located among Masurian meadows, lakes, and forests. The house consists of 3 parts - one is occupied by the owners, two (each with a separate entrance and a terrace) are intended for Guests. There is a green area and a meadow around the house, where there is a gazebo with a barbecue set, a separate fire pit, a wooden playground with a sandpit and trampoline, and a hammock and sun loungers for rest. Our Dream Cottage is an old wooden house, which was generally and meticulously renovated in 2020. The cottage is surrounded by a large fenced plot, which is partially landscaped. The plot has a separate fireplace along with a barbecue. The living room is connected to a spacious terrace with garden furniture. This is an ideal place for meals and evening feasts.
