The studio (1 km from the shops) consists of a kitchen area on the ground floor, a shower in a 10 m² space, upstairs a 13 m² bedroom with a shabby chic cocooning atmosphere with a double bed, a wardrobe. We welcome you in a small house of 40 m2 in front of ours (separated by a terrace of 8 to 10 m). You will stay in a large room comfortably furnished, overlooking a terrace at your disposal (we do not use it when you are present, excluding cleaning/watering), with sleeping on mezzanine. Shower room, sink and separate toilet. The electric heater is completed by a wood stove (wood provided) .

House ideally located to navigate between the Gulf of Morbihan, La Baule, La Roche Bernard and Guérande. 10 minutes from the beaches of Damgan, Billiers, Pénestin..., Branféré animal park. 5 min from the old port of La Roche Bernard or the Arzal dam and its recreational area. We remind you that we do not allow gatherings with noise pollution.
