Holiday rentals with breakfast in Nungwi

Joyce’s was an incredible host and made my friend and I feel very relaxed having just completed Mount Kilimanjaro trek. Joyce arranged for a taxi to collect and drop us off at the airport for a reasonable price and the food provided is great! Definitely worth the price and accommodated the needs of everyone. Eating meals around one big table with other guests was a new experience to me but I thoroughly enjoyed it! Everyone was friendly and Joyce made every effort to make us feel at home. I would wholeheartedly come back! The location is ideal for those wanting to stay away from tourists areas and you practically have an entire beach to yourself! Logically arranged activities including snorkelling are worth it! Thank you!

The apartment is perfect for walking to restaurants and enjoying the beautiful beach. Different to most airbnbs we’ve stayed at - Not totally private as it is more of a family hospitality feeling rather than hotel style airbnb. We appreciated the local recommendations and daily clean, comfortable bed, breakfast, meals on request, and the onsite general manager. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and flexible for timings. It is Zanzibar so expect some small hiccups such as short power/wifi/water cuts - a small price to pay for paradise.

Sissy was an amazing host, she resolved all the problems we had promptly and made us enjoy our stay. The adventure villa is one of the best airbnbs I’ve stayed in, with a great view of the Indian Ocean and good services.

Sissy and her team are great hosts. The food was fresh and amazing. They made great efforts to help get access to shops and things to do. The help with taxi drivers was great.

Excellent welcome from Liza & Nialam, who run the hotel. Very warm & caring for us during these 2 weeks. Functional and very pleasant accommodation. Air conditioning appreciated in the room. A strong smell upon arrival from the evaporative tray in the fridge. Issue quickly resolved at our request by Liza and Nialam. Very, very hard mattress. Gargantuan and very good breakfast, drink, fresh fruit, juice, omelette breads and crepes. We have eaten several times at pontil, good & correct rate as well as at once again fast food, very affordable local restaurant. We have sinned & swam from the beach but the gate remains very far from the beachside & inaccessible even in low tide. We did several scuba diving with ONE OCEAN recommended by the host & was really great! Care & Professionalism+++ . Quiet. Very popular covered & shaded terrace. 1 great stay. We staid in here with a family for a month. We took apartment in the first floor with beautifull view, terrace is really big and windy so we almost didn’t have to use air con, which was good for the kids. Stuff was very friendly and Prisca is amazing! Tell her what you need and she will arrange anything :) Amazing! Apartment was clean, maybe needs some repairs but in general we recommend this place to stay, especially with children as it is a little bit private but you can easily reach all the bars in the area :)

A really sweet place. The owners are super friendly and helpful, the location is very quiet and peaceful. We stayed here for a total of 8 days and felt completely comfortable. Breakfast was different every day, always with a plate of fresh fruit and good coffee. The water is a little salty but nothing to complain about. The rooms are nicely furnished and very clean. All in all, we were completely satisfied and would be happy to come back.

Erkan place is located in the most beautiful part of Nungwi with many amazing restaurants and beaches. It is a super peaceful place to stay, surrounded by palm tree and very clean and secure - feels like best vacations memories. Erkan itself is a very friendly person, super collaborative and easygoing. He recommended us couple of best worth spending places around Nungwi and I must admit all of the were spot on.

We spent almost a month in this house. The room is great, the place is quiet and everything is green. There were very tasty and varied breakfasts. The room was always clean, bed linen and towels were changed regularly. Special thanks to Mudi for this! When the electricity was out on the island, this house always had electricity and Wi-Fi, which made remote work comfortable at any time. I would like to separately mention the owners Simona, Musa and their wonderful daughter Jamilla :) Wonderful people with whom it is interesting to communicate, from the first minutes it became clear that these people treat their guests very warmly and love to host people. We will definitely come to Simona and her family to visit again!

Omari and Sayd welcomed us for our check in and supported us during the whole stay. We basically became friends and had long conversations on culture and traditions. They were very welcome, friendly and available to satisfy all our requests. We will remember their exceptional avocado toast, we ate almost every morning for breakfast We can only find positive things about our stay and we will for sure recommend it to other people.
