Semsem is a super host! He “virtually” took care of us throughout our entire stay. Not only did he give us precise information sending videos and photos of the apartment beforehand, but he was also very helpful and caring. Definitely recommend the apartment which has an amazing view on some of the most beautiful skyscrapers in Abu Dhabi. It’s clean and has everything you need, including some tea and beverages. Everything 100% recommended.

This place exceeds expectations and is simply wonderful. Well kitted for small children Well kitted for big children The balcony was wonderful for kids to play and adults to enjoy We fully used the facilities: playground, swimming pool, beach, hotel restaurant for breakfast, and the two restaurants in the square. The pharmacy came in very handy and, of course, the supermarket. The hosting team (Lola and Kenneth) were highly responsive and friendly. This has become our place in Abu Dhabi.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful farm villa! The place is incredibly spacious, with a well-designed living room that makes it feel both cozy and luxurious. The three bedrooms are comfortable, and the entire space is spotless—everything was very clean and well-maintained. One of the highlights is the pool, which adds to the relaxing atmosphere. It’s the perfect spot to unwind while still being not too far from the city, making it a great escape without feeling too remote. The villa is also fully equipped with everything we needed, making our stay effortless and comfortable. On top of all that, the host was exceptionally kind and very responsive, always making sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and stylish retreat! Would definitely stay again.

Wow - this is now my new favourite place to stay in Abu Dhabi. Absolutely perfect for groups and families. A stunning home with every possible feature and amenity that you need. Adam goes above and beyond to ensure that you have a magnificent stay - providing all of the comforts that you would be used to in your own home. It’s a prime location, close to all the attractions on Yas island whilst being a quiet gated community. I absolutely loved this home. Stay here if you’re ever in Abu Dhabi. You won’t regret it.
