Waterfront holiday rentals in Nuuk

Fine fjordside lodging with visits from sea eagles and forever views. Well equipped kitchen. All very clean. Very quiet and comfortable place for up to 2 people.

Was fortunate to find this Airbnb on a work visit, and the home office set up it provided saved me from a week of hunching over my laptop. Recommended!

Had a wonderful stay. Especially grateful for the quick and helpful communication, and flexibility to add an extra night when we had flight cancellations. They made everything easy and were very kind.

Peter and Malene's cabin is a lovely and quiet place. They were great hosts and quickly returned on messages.

Steen house is amazing! The house is located with the most lovely view to the water in a quiet area but very close to the city center and the colonial harbor. Perfect decor for 5 adults, underfloor heating in most of the house and all the equipment we needed. We had a wonderful week with many nature experiences in Nuuk with Steens house as a safe and warm base. Highly recommended for a family or group of friends.

Charlotte's house provided the perfect setting for our family (two adults and two children, ages 3 and 5). The house decor and size gave us the feeling of being in a summer house, where socializing was inevitable as the lower floor, besides the entrance and bathroom, consists of one room with a living room, dining room and kitchen, which via the stairs was in open connection to the upper floor's only room. And it worked so well! There was everything we needed in the kitchen, and there were even some basic groceries for free use. As the sun peeked out during our stay, we also enjoyed staying on the terrace. And then there were some lovely evening walks down to the water, and easy to get to shopping, bus, cafes, etc. We are so happy that we chose to stay at Charlotte's house in the small month we were in Greenland, and would stay there again if we are lucky enough to come back to Nuuk.

Super central location, the apartment is cozy and has everything you need, welcoming host who responds quickly to all inquiries.

Our family of 4 adults really enjoyed this great top floor apartment. Lots of light and great view of the mountains and sea from the balcony. Short walk to the center of town with many choices of shops and restaurants/cafes. Beds and linens seemed new and our rooms were cozy warm when we arrived. Wi-Fi worked well and we were able to watch programs via YouTube on the living room T.V. Martin and Anna were able to arrange a pick-up for us at the Nuuk airport with a large van and a friendly Samoyed which was appreciated. Kitchen was spacious with basic supplies, including filter coffee maker, tea kettle, microwave oven and a toaster. There is not a lot of cookware for heavy use in the kitchen, but that did not bother us, as we went out to enjoy the Greenlandic food scene (Snowcrabs at Esme’s Lounge across the street is not to be missed!). There was plenty enough however for us to use for breakfast and snacks, as well as a dishwasher for easy clean-up. Would definitely stay again!
