Every other five star I've given pales in comparison to this place! Highlight of our whole Sri Lankan trip. Breakfast and dinner were incredible, probably the best food we have eaten in Sri Lanka. The whole family was so friendly and helpful and Romeni and Grace even gave us a cooking demonstration. The hike through the cloud forest with Lal is also fantastic. The accommodation is very peaceful, we were sad to leave! Thankyou again.

I’ve stayed at many Airbnb’s and this may be my favorite. It’s serene, right in nature, yet extremely comfortable. They get me anything I need, food, water, etc. The bed is comfy, the middle glass room is my favorite, to write and meditate and stare at the eagles. The kitchen has everything you need. This place is perfect if you want an escape. If you want time to just be with yourself and loved ones. I feel really blessed to have found this space. It’s exactly what I needed for this point in my life. 5 stars across the board. I hope you get to experience the magic of this Airbnb.

We only stayed for a couple of nights, but it was an incredibly comfortable experience. The in-house and local services provided by Kumari were exceptional and truly unmatched. We absolutely loved it! Hopefully, we'll be back for another vacation soon!

Our stay at this bungalow was nothing short of amazing! The property is spacious, well-maintained, and offers breathtaking views, making it the perfect escape from the city. The presence of friendly dogs added a warm and homely touch to the experience. Sanjoy, the caretaker, was extremely helpful and ensured we had a comfortable stay. One of the highlights was the bathtub, which made for a relaxing retreat after a long day. Given the amenities, space, and hospitality, this place is an absolute steal for the price. Staying at Mashita's place was a serene escape from the hustle and bustle. Surrounded by stunning scenery, it's the perfect spot to unwind and reconnect with nature. The tranquil ambiance truly allows you to unplug and rejuvenate your senses. Highly recommend for a peaceful getaway! Hosts truly elevated our experience. They were incredibly friendly, responsive, and always went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Their impeccable manners and genuine care for their guests made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. It's rare to find such a gracious host, and we're grateful for their warmth and attentiveness throughout our stay.

We very much enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, somewhat remote, villa with amazing surroundings. We walked down to the river, did yoga on the patio and had Ayurvedic treatments next door. The owner is a charming person with a beautiful vision for the place. He was very friendly and took time out to show us around the garden and let us try fresh herbs and spices. I would recommend to have a car so that you can get to Kandy and visit all beautiful and inspiring sights the area has to offer.

We stayed 3 nights at the Hill Safari Eco Lodge and felt welcome and comfortable there all around. The food was excellent and all our requests were met. The staff were super friendly, very helpful and gave us good tips for things to do in the area. Those who love peace and nature are very well taken care of here. Arriving via the driveway is a bit bumpy, but was not an issue with our vehicle with sufficient ground clearance. The location of the house is unique, we had a stunning view of the Horton Plains and the surrounding area from our balcony, even in the rain we could sit outside protected and enjoy the surroundings. We can fully recommend the lodge and would love to come back anytime!
