Well established neighborhood where many of the homes are on an acre. The apartment is within a private secured 1-acre compound. The private entrance faces our new pool and spa. Although the apartment is attached to the main house the service entrance separating the the two can be locked and secured from either side.

Private casita with queen bed, nightstand and closet space, private bathroom, private entrance, and access to nice backyard (through side gate) Please be advised that the entire Pool/SPA area is NOT heated and CANNOT be heated. Guests are more than welcome to use anytime from May to September, but in the summer, trust me, you won't need that. ~5 minutes to LV Motor Speedway (EDC, NASCAR, etc) Approximately 20 minutes to Downtown and Las Vegas Strip. 25 minutes to the airport.

The accommodation is located in the upper part of the house, totally private and independent from the house, independent side entrance, all illuminated, you can park in front of the house on the street, it is a very quiet and central area, close from the freeway and 13 minutes from Las Vegas strip, everything is close, the main street (Tropicana ave) We are also 10 minutes from the airport.
