Only fifty meters from the sea is this charming little house that has been carefully renovated last year. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, living room with sofa bed and bathroom with washing machine. The kitchen has an oven, stove, dishwasher and refrigerator. The upstairs two bedrooms have a double bed and two single beds. The garden has several patios. The cozy fishing community Lickershamn is a lively marina with restaurant, kiosk, golf course, fish shop, swimming jetty, lovely sandy beach and Jungfrun, the island's highest sea stack.

Here you live in a rural setting, only 20 kilometres north of Visby. There is a swimming area 6 km away. Shop and restaurant about 2 km away. . The cottage is about 60 sqm with an open-plan living room/kitchen. A bedroom with a 180 cm bed and several wardrobes. Mezzanine with two 90 cm beds. The stairs to the sleeping loft may be a bit steep for smaller children. Fully equipped kitchen with dish washer. Bathroom with washing machine. During v 25-33 we only rent out at least 5 days/stay. Other time, including shorter periods.

We are serious landlords who value a clean and nice accommodation for our guests for a pleasant stay. Two ladies' bicycles are at your disposal for trips in the nearby area, down to the sea or to eat a bite of food at Lummelundsbruk or Salthamn. Vår gäststuga som vi kallar ”Jordkällaren" för dess ursprung där det tidigare låg en jordkällare bjuder in till en unik vistelse. Med sitt sedumtak som berättar om sin historiska bakgrund. Stugan har genomgått en kärleksfull renovering och erbjuder en modern bekvämlighet. Belägen endast 90 meter från stranden får gästerna möjlighet att njuta av underbar natur och närhet till havet. På Fårö där naturen möter historia blir en vistelse på denna unika plats till ett fint minne att ta med sig hem.

Modern house 5km from Visby near Fridhems beach

Rent our modern little house, only a 5 minute walk from Fridhems beach. The house is situated 2,5 km from the kids paradise; Kneippbyn. A lighted bicycle path takes you there or to Visby if you please. Its only 6,5 km to the ferry terminal in Visby and the famous town wall. Up to 5 guests can sleep in the cabin. It comprises of two bedrooms, a bathroom and a combined kitchen/living room. On the terrace, guests can relax and enjoy the sun. The garden is big enough for kids to run around and play.

Huset har 45 kvm boendeyta, är utrustat för självhushåll, har året runt standard med värmeslingor i betonggolvet. Trevlig uteplats med matgrupp, grill, solstolar och solsängar. 5 km till flygplats och golfbana, 3 km till Själsö bageri, 300 m till populära Krusmyntagården med restaurang, butik och konserter med stora artister, 200 m till sandstrand och allmän badplats.

Gotland limestone house near Visby and the sea

Huset, från 1700-talet, ligger 10km från Visby och 10 min promenad till Brissunds strand och fiskeläge och Krusmyntagården. Själsö bageri ligger ca 5km bort. Det finns två sovrum (en dubbel+ två enkelsängar) samt modernt kök med diskmaskin, grill och uteplats (sommartid) med stor trädgård. Två vardagsrum med öppna spisar. Brant trapp – större hundar kan behöva hjälp. Endast sittdusch pga snedtak. Det ligger lantligt och ostört men nära till stan. Vi bor i lilla flygeln med separat ingång.

The Beach Cabin

This is literally like living in a box. The Beach Cabin is just like a hotel room, with one double bed for two and a small lounge area. There is also a kitchenette for your convenience, equipped with the necessary kitchen supplies for you to make breakfast or a meal for two. The Cabin is situated just by the pebble beach and the sea. The faint sounds of waves will rock you to sleep at night. The bathroom is built next to this cabin with just footsteps to reach.

Cottage in a peaceful area with proximity to a stone beach and nature reserve with hiking trail. One bedroom with two 90*200 beds, in the living room there is a sofa bed with bed size 140*200. The nearest grocery store with a gas station is about 5 km away, a restaurant is about 6 km away, to the fishing village and swimming about 7 km. Bus connection is available in the immediate area (2 km) if you don't have a car.
