The house is small and charming with a relaxing atmosphere. Quiet area where it is nice to go for walks on the road or along the river. Nice marked trails up the mountainsides are also nearby. Short distance to Flåm.

The apartment is located just off Untested, where it's popular to fish in summer and kite in winter. The ski tracks go right outside the building and you have access to miles of slopes. It is also nice to go mountain skiing in the area and short way to alpine resorts.

Nice hiking opportunities both along the river, and in the great surrounding mountains in Lærdalsdalen. 4 km to Lærdal center where you will find shops, Norsk Villakssenter, Sogn Art Center, Motorikkpark etc. Lærdal is located by E16, right between Oslo and Bergen, and with a short way to Aurland/Flåm, Hemsedal, Sogndal and Årdal.
