This newly renovated family home located in a clean, quiet neighborhood, close proximity to Century Link in the heart of North Monroe. This home contains all of the necessary amenities for a small family including all Kenmore appliances (washer and dryer included). The large back yard great for pets, the residence has a 6 ft. privacy fence with a deluxe gas grill perfect for cookouts. This residence CAN NOT be used as an event center this is our family home. This means No Parties What So Ever.

Savage Lane

Our father built this house beginning in 1981. It is located on our 40-acre farm, in front of my sister's cottage, about 100 yards from the house I share with our nephew, which was originally built by our grandparents in 1939. It is quiet, remote and peaceful. It is about seven miles to the nearest grocery stores and restaurants in Bastrop, and one mile to a Dollar General in Collinston. There is wifi in the house, as well as a Roku TV.

Sullivan's Country Home

Come enjoy a peaceful stay at Sullivan's Country Home! Located on the quiet corner of Sullivan Loop, this home is close to I-20 for easy access to the highway (but far enough to avoid highway noise!) Perfect for a large family or a couple of couples! King Bed, Queen Bed and Bunk Beds occupy the 3 bedrooms.
