First floor: 2 bedrooms (double bed and 2 single beds), fold-out sofa. Second floor: billiards, lounge area. There is a gazebo, a garden, a bridge for swimming and fishing, a boat, and a barbecue. A small pet is allowed by prior arrangement. The house is handed over to guests clean and must be returned in the same condition. Loud music outside and smoking cigarettes and hookah inside the house are also prohibited.
