Holiday rentals with a patio in Occidental Mindoro

We had earlier booked a different place to spend the weekend in, but due to unforeseen circumstances, had to find another place. We were very lucky to find Richard's place--it suited our requirements (big place to accommodate our extended family; kitchen to cook in; pool for the kids; separate accommodations per family) and we were able to enjoy our weekend celebrating our mom's 75th birthday.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at your Airbnb! The place was spotless, peaceful, and perfectly situated for a relaxing getaway. A special thank you to Ronnie, the caretaker—he was incredibly kind, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. His warm hospitality truly made our experience even more memorable. We’ll definitely be back!

Our family had a great time! The beach is awesome! not a lot of pics in the listing but we loved it! Pristine and clear water! we saw lot of fishes even just few steps away from the shore. Magic and his family are great hosts. They are super responsive, friendly and helpful as well as Kuya Edison. we felt welcomed during our stay. We really loved the place! it is well decorated and well maintained. Hotel quality bed, cold aircon, fully equipped kitchen. Loved the pool too! if it's not NYE, we'll definitely extend our stay.. Looking forward to staying here again. We highly recommend this place!

Celebrated my partner's birthday here with her dearest friends. The host was very responsive, the canva guide was very concise yet complete. Easy to reach even through commute, walkable from national road Very peaceful ambience, complete with tons of activities, board games, basketball ring + ball, archery, mahjong board, modern videoke set-up. Well planned interior, matched our cream theme. Spotless as well. The caretaker was very accommodating, easy to talk to, and super punctual. Personal favorite was the pool, the long table by the pool really hit the spot. The 4-6 ft pool depth was very enjoyable.

A wonderful large home that can cater for many more people than we had! Our host went over and above expectations as we had a scheduled brown out (electricity was down for maintenance) on our last day and she found us an alternative house to stay outside of the area for our last night Our first time in the Philippines and it did not disappoint!

This is a great house for a long term staycation, 15 minutes from downtown, in a gated and private subdivision. The area is safe and secluded, with guards at both entrances. All amenities for short or long term accomodations are included; we stayed 3 weeks. Your own private transportation is *highly recommended*, as local rideshare is not available in the immediate area and/or hard to book. Foodpanda is available. However, there are usually tricycles hanging around in the main front gate. Host is responsive and we enjoyed our 3 weeks here. I would stay here again, 10/10.

A perfect getaway from the city! 🙌 The place was spotless, spacious, and incredibly relaxing. ✨ The host was warm and helpful, and even provided pet shampoo for our dogs, which was such a thoughtful touch. They also have a menu available if you’d like to order food, which made things even more convenient. The beach is just a short and easy walk away. Overall, a wonderful stay and we’d love to book again! 💞

This was an outstanding place to stay—spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully equipped. The home had everything we could possibly need, from well-stocked kitchen tools to plenty of towels and all the essential bathroom amenities. It exceeded our expectations and made for a truly comfortable and enjoyable stay.
