Wildland-urban interface local. We've seen raccoons, a coyote, swallows nest in spring and sometimes spiders make webs outside. We are right where urban and wildland meet. During the summer it can get warm on the coast, we have ceiling fans & portable fans; we do NOT HAVE A/C.
