Spacious single-story house in a quiet area with proximity to both swimming areas and central Gothenburg. The sea and the nearest swimming area are at walking/cycling distance, 1.5 km. The nearest bus stop Hornkamsgatan, barely 1 km and takes 10 minutes to promote to. With X1, you can easily get into Gothenburg city centre. The bus takes about 35 minutes. The house is spacious and has a large and cozy outdoor room. The house is in very good condition and carefully renovated. The garden is large and there is space for play and large green areas.
