Brand new and nice townhouse/townhouse in the Gardener City, Odense of 103 m2, consisting of kitchen/living room/living room, bathroom, guest toilet, 2 rooms with 120 m wide beds and 1 room with single bed. In the living room is a sofa where you can also sleep. There is a lovely south facing terrace in front of the house. The house is located with about 20 min walking distance to Odense city center, Havnebad, Ålykkeskoven etc. There is a newly built trail system in the area. There is 1 parking space at the property and 5 min walk for shopping.

One bedroom is furnished as a large office/TV room with a sofa bed. There are terraces on both sides of the house. The house is quietly located close to green areas. There are newly built bike and walk paths - about 20 min walk to Odense harbour bath, Odense city center and Odense University Hospital - about 10 min walk to TV2 .

The house is rented out for a minimum of 2 nights, however, there may be single rentals in July and August months. 200 meters from the city center and 200 meters to the harbor. Cozy house from 1595 with ground floor and 1st floor, total 90m2. On the ground floor there is a kitchen living room, small hallway and laundry room. On the first floor there is a bedroom with 2 single beds. 1 small room with a sofa bed. Living room with sofa bed and bathroom with walk-in shower. Free Wifi.

Charming townhouse. located in the middle of Faaborg by the city square and harbor. The space: is furnished with a kitchen, bathroom, dining room, living room, and bedroom with 2 beds. There's an exit to the patio with a south-facing terrace. On the first floor, there is a double bedroom overlooking the harbour and the South Tyrolean archipelago. Our house is a small old town house, which is not suitable for children during school age.

Cozy townhouse with 250 meters to the beach

Authentic and cozy town house in the very center of Svendborg. Only 250 meters to the beach, 500 meters to the pedestrian street and shopping area, it does not get more central than this. The house is newly renovated with new furniture. The house offers two spacious bedrooms and a nice living room, and also a beautiful roof top terrace and a cozy backyard garden. When spare time drop by the beach and enjoy Svendborgsund!
