Cozy apartment with private south-facing terrace

The guest apartment is located in one part of my house, which is located in quiet surroundings close to the city center. There is a separate entrance with a key box and exit to a south-facing terrace. I have chickens in the garden and will supply the apartment's fridge with eggs when there are any eggs. There is free coffee and tea, but you must bring your own milk and breakfast. I also live in the house, which is old and we all have to show consideration for each other of course.

The kitchen is fully equipped, so you can choose to cook for yourself or visit the city's many good eateries. Svendborg's cozy city and harbor environment as well as beautiful nature with forest and beach invite you to an eventful and relaxing holiday.

There's an exit to the patio with a south-facing terrace. On the first floor, there is a double bedroom overlooking the harbour and the South Tyrolean archipelago. Our house is a small old town house, which is not suitable for children during school age.

The house is newly renovated with new furniture. The house offers two spacious bedrooms and a nice living room, and also a beautiful roof top terrace and a cozy backyard garden. Townhouse in ❤️ Af Juelsminde

Here you get a taste of the charming "old" Juelsminde. The house was built in 1929. In the front shop, I run a small cozy hairdressing salon, and in the “house” garage, our adult daughter runs a flower shop🌺, while the newly renovated back house + first floor houses the 74 m' holiday home. In the flowery garden, there are two terraces, so both morning coffee and evening barbecue can be enjoyed in sunshine.

Free parking in the street, or just around the corner there is a large parking space with free parking around the clock. The house is not handicap friendly.
