There are 2 rooms (each with 2 beds), a 100 m2 hall with a soft area, a bar counter, a billiard table and a lounge area by the fireplace. A comfortable desk for work. Only natural, environmentally friendly materials were used in the finishing. You can park your car in the courtyard. Pets are not allowed! Smoking is not allowed in the apartments!

My accommodation is in a great location in a cosy and green area near Peremohy Park. The famous resort district of Arkadia and the Black Sea coast are within walking distance. The beach is about a 20-minute leisurely walk away. There are many cosy coffee shops, restaurants and shops along the way and near the house. The house has two levels of underground parking, and you can rent a space for a separate fee! There is free guest parking near the house. There is a shelter in the parking lot!!
