My accommodation is in a great location in a cosy and green area near Peremohy Park. The famous resort district of Arkadia and the Black Sea coast are within walking distance. The beach is about a 20-minute leisurely walk away. There are many cosy coffee shops, restaurants and shops along the way and near the house. The house has two levels of underground parking, and you can rent a space for a separate fee! There is free guest parking near the house. There is a shelter in the parking lot!!

Хорошо освещённая улица с множеством зелёных деревьев и кафе, где можно посидеть попить кофе и подышать свежим воздухом. В самой квартире есть всё необходимое для комфортного и гармоничного отдыха. Это двухэтажная квартира- на первом этаже кухня-студия с раскладывающимся диваном и огромная ванная комната; на втором этаже просторная спальня с большим окном.
