The apartment is located on the 13th floor of the new Paris residential complex (2014). Pleasant surroundings, warm tones, sunshine, unforgettable views from panoramic windows, sunsets and sunrises. This will undoubtedly leave you welcome! The apartment is on French Boulevard, 15 minutes to the railway station and 10 minutes to the beaches. Near the house is a wonderful cafe: make my cake, Strudel, Kompot. There's a running track right near the house! Or the Health Trail! Everything is super close by and comfortable.
