Evening and Sunday open grocery store Mesnali 3 min. Bed linen and towels can be rented and must be pre-booked - price NOK 250/£20/€25 per set. Feel free to bring your own. The stone cabins at Kastad farm are located undisturbed in fantastic natural surroundings. The cabin in the forest, like the other cabins, has stunning views of Mjøsa and Kastadtjernet. Here you can relax and wake up to a delicious breakfast basket with freshly baked croissants. Suitable for 2 persons. Skogen is one of 3 stone cabins on the farm. The other two are Røysa and Åkeren. Great hiking trails and ski slopes nearby. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The bedrooms are cozy, and in the living room you can relax on the sofa and play fun board games. The house has 3 spacious bedrooms, which are equipped with double beds. There is plenty of parking space right next to the cottage.

The old summer barn of Hovelsrud Gård is idyllically located between Mjøsa and a rolling cornfield – a simple and unique place for those who want to get close to nature and enjoy the tranquillity of Helgøya. The house is best suited for a couple or a small family with up to two children. Inside, there is a bedroom and an open-plan living room. Outside there is a kitchen counter, with a gas burner and barbecue, a small beach with swimming opportunities and an outdoor toilet. There is no electricity.
