It's location is the biggest draw for this condo, however. You are right next to the Superdome, and walking distance to the world-famous french quarter. You can hop on the streetcar that goes literally a block away. You are right next door to a grocery store, a CVS, and tons of great bars and restaurants. You will not run out of things to do here!!!

The Balcony Suite is an intimate space with a private bathroom. It was recently Restored/Renovated with new furnishings and fixtures. Monday-Friday 8-5 we're not a quiet corner but on any night it’s relaxing, providing a restful night. Our neighbor, Race & Religious, hosts weddings with live music but never past 11PM.
