Offering a panoramic view of Stobreč Bay, and river mouth of Žrnovnica, Garden View Villa, just 500 m from nearby beach, offers ravishing view, but also offers comfortable and quiet garden space for private moments. This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. The ground floor has a kitchen with a living room, and upstairs is a room with a bathroom. In front of the house is a place for rest and barbecue. Nearby is a church, playground, supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, restaurants, pizzeria and coffee place. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and has secured parking. Apartment is located 30 meters from the beach, only the road is between the house and the beach. It is very large apartment in a big house in which me and my father live, but we are totally separated from apartments, you have your own covered parking spot, garden, terrace and a big terrace separated from the apartment, everything you can see on the pictures. Wi fi, smart tv, cabel tv, pets allowed because of big property and also barbecue, table tennis is at your disposal.Cheers and see ya!

Rooftop Apartment with stunning view

House is placed on a little hill and environment is very peaceful, it has great view (mountains on the north and sea and islands on the south) and its 600 m from the main road and buss station and about 800 m from the sea. There are plenty sports activities that You can do in close range (hiking, biking, diving, golf, tennis, zipline, canyoning) and also there are many Restaurants and Bars along the beach. If you want to visit Split it will only take You 15 min with bus to get there.

Beautiful villa / heated rooftop pool & jacuzzi

This beautiful modern four bedroom villa is located in Trogir - on part which is on island Ciovo and its connected with bridge to old town .Villa is positioned on a little sunny hill with private roof swimming pool and whirlpool ideal for enjoying the warm Dalmatian sun . It is overlooking the promenade of Trogir and it has a spectacular sea view. Location is residential but only a ten minute walk to centre of Trogir and a fifteen minute taxi ride from Split Airport.
