Nestled beneath the towering beauty of God's Window and surrounded by lush plantations, our cozy, rustic farm offers a farm experience. As a working farm, Terebinte - "the tree where friends and family gather" - welcomes you to enjoy the charm of country life. Please note, our property is located deep within the forest, requiring a 3km drive on a dirt road. While the road is generally well-maintained, heavy rain may occasionally make it a bit slippery or uneven. We navigate it in small cars too.

The Forest Cottage

A self contained cottage with two air conditioned rooms each 10m², situated within an indigenous patch of forest at the base and to the east of the highest peak in the Blyde River Canyon. From the cottage's verdant veranda stretching the entire length of the cottage, guests are afforded magnificent views over the South African Lowveld and in the distance, The Kruger National Park touching the horizon. It is situated at the very top of the village of Kampersrus within a safe and secure homestead.

Please note: Bathroom is open to the bedroom. I live in a little cottage next to the house so will be around 😎 Animals have the right of way here! SPEED LIMIT IS 30KM/H. Please be vigilant of little animals in the road! Bushbabies live in the house and have right of way ☝🏼 Even with all their little poopies!

The diverse local fauna attracts significant bird life - making the panoramic view perfect for bird watching.

Our expansive home in a wildlife estate in Hoedspruit is the perfect space to unwind and explore. Enjoy the passing-by of leopards, hyena, giraffes, warthog, buck of all kinds, mongooses, giant lizards and beautiful birds - all of whom make their way through our garden on a daily basis. Explore the Kruger National Park from multiple gate entries - the closest of which is just a short 30-minute drive away. Relax in the pool with a cocktail to the sounds of the bush, and slow down in style.

Glenogle Farm, The Loft.

The Loft is an exclusive romantic hideaway, perfect for honeymooners or those celebrating a special occasion. It is a luxuriously appointed suite hidden in the forest with exquisite views over the forest and dam. Kingfisher Cottage

Kingfisher Cottage is an ideal escape from city life. Located in the Hoedspruit Wildlife Estate, it has the attraction of being close to the restaurants and shops of Hoedspruit whilst providing access to the Greater Kruger & the Blyde River Canyon. Tucked away in lush indigenous woodland, a delightful and roomy cottage is located in the charming village of Kampersrus, situated on the eastern slopes of the stunning Blyde River Canyon. "My Side of the Mountain" is an ideal getaway for nature lovers, as mongoose, bushbabies, and antelope frequently wander through the area. A diverse array of birds also inhabits the surroundings, their constant songs creating a beautiful backdrop to the natural environment.
