It is 4 km to the beach and 4 km to Svendborg. You can quickly get to the cozy city atmosphere, while always having the peace and quiet of nature at your fingertips. Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat.
