It consists of a bedroom and a kitchen with a dining room. The apartment has a bathroom (toilet, shower, sink), a fully equipped kitchenette connected to a dining room with a table and chairs. The bedroom includes an LCD TV and a minibar. Breakfast basket, wellness area, air conditioning and massages for a fee according to the price list.

Public transport stop Wolkerova and Penny market 100m. On the lower floor there is a bathroom with a hot tub, a living room with a kitchen. On the second floor there is a cozy bedroom with an electric fireplace. The disadvantage is the 5th floor without an elevator.
