Had an amazing stay here! The place is so spacious and beautifully designed, also super clean. The bed is comfortable, internet is great for remote work and Alkhail is a great host and his response time is super fast. It's in a whole center near restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores, etc. I would definitely stay here again.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in einer gated area. Direkt am Kanal gelegen, zum Meer sind es ca 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, lediglich hat es etwas an Kochutensilien etc. gefehlt. Ansonsten alles bestens 👍🏼

Great place, clean and close to the airport. A little far from Muscat itself. The only thing that really made this place not a 5 star was the living room smelt of old cigarette smoke and I wasn’t able to enjoy the room due to that, it was that strong. The bedrooms however were smoke free.

Wir hatten super Zeit in Salalah, wollten nah am Strand sein, was diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall bietet. Mohammed war uns auch in Muscat große Hilfe und hat uns viel gezeigt 🤩🍀

Le logement était impeccable : propre, bien équipé, bien placé et sécurisé. De plus Ehsan est un hôte très réactif par message et n’hésitera pas à vous aider/vous rendre service. Il propose également des activités touristiques très intéressantes à bas prix. Nous sommes repartis satisfaits et avec beaucoup de souvenirs notamment la bonne humeur et le côté humoristique d’Ehsan ! Je recommande vivement

الشقة جميلة وواسعه ونظيفة وكذلك موقعها ممتاز (البوليفارد) بجانب الاوبرا ومتوفر فيها كل شي تحتاجه من مطاعم وغيرها.. انصح فيها واكيد برجع اسكن فيها ان شاء الله.. المالك متعاون جداً ومحترم وما قصر عندنا من الى .

Wir waren sehr happy! Abdul, der schaut dass die Gäste alles bekommen was sie haben wollten, lebt direkt im Ort und half mit allen unseren Aktivitäten. Das Haus ist direkt am Strand, man schaut von der Couch aus aufs Meer. Echtes Juwel mit top Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis! Danke für alles! Oliver+family

It was a wonderful place and a convenient location. There are 3 Malls nearby within 15 mins ride by car Mall fo Oman, Oman Avenues Mall, and Muscat Grand Mall. You can book a Taxi via Otaxi/ Yango yo reach places. The property is beautiful with all the amenities and clean. There is a restaurant at a walkable distance and a mini mart where you can buy water/ groceries. Ahmed is a wonderful host always available to help and guide whenever we had questions.

Karin is an excellent host with an absolute gem of a property! We were greeted on arrival and shown around the very clean and beautifully smelling property. We had come prepared but there wasn’t any need, as EVERYTHING we could possibly need was already there. From coffee to shower gel! It really felt like a home away from home. The roof top space was exceptional, with a BBQ, sun loungers, dining spaces, dreamy lights and the most beautiful plants! Our favourite part was the view and location! We really couldn’t have asked for more and our children didn’t want to ever leave! Thank you for sharing your wonderful property with us. It was such a big part of Oman experience and a trip we will never forget. Your recommendations, especially our trip to the Dimaniyat Islands were much appreciated. We can’t imagine visiting Onan again and not staying here, so we hope we will meet again one day!

Beautiful apartment and location along with a wonderful host.

We had a fantastic stay at Maryam's apartment in Seeb! The house is exactly as shown in the photos: spacious, clean, and well-furnished. Check-in was easy thanks to the self check-in system, and Maryam was always available for any questions. The location is convenient and quiet, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploration. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Seeb! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This spot is very close to the airport, beyond expectations and in a private neighborhood where it’s very safe , photos looked like the place and amenities are as described, also the host is the best he welcomed us in a very good way , we would definitely boon this again if we come back to muscat.

I had a great stay at Mohammed's place! The house was clean and neat, and it's conveniently located near the airport. The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The price was very reasonable for a one-night stay. Mohammed also provided water and a coffee maker for guests, and the kitchen was spotless and well-equipped. It's a great place to stay, perfect for both friends and family. Highly recommended!

Mohammed is a great, responsive and a very helpful host, who is willing to listen to your requests. The house is spacious and very clean. Come with 3 toilets and the packed with amenities. The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. The kitchen is very equipped and water are provided.

Our stay at Hilal's was perfect! The location was exactly what we were hoping for and there were plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Hilal was super quick to respond to any questions we had and was always kind and helpful. The accommodations were clean and everything was in perfect working condition. Getting a taxi was easy, as pick up was just a few steps away from the building. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Muscat.

Abdulaziz is an incredible host, having stayed in over 100+ AirBNB’s I can assure you this is best one! He has far going hospitality and makes you feel at home. When you need something you can always ask him anything. He fixed the parking in the city centre for us, as well as some amenities we needed (even though we just asked whether if he had them). The apartment is fully equipped with some snacks, lots of water, stuff for cooking (herbs, spices, oils) as well as lots of cosmetics. The apartment has a nice pool with a 5 star view of the mountains near Muscat. If you are ever in Oman just go to this apartment, it’s great value for money and most importantly you will feel at home because of Abdulaziz’s great Omani hospitality. 🙏🏼
