It has a super king sized bed, lounge area with wood-fired stove and 55โ€ TV with Freesat, wi-fi, fully-equipped kitchen area and spacious shower room. It is fully insulated, for cosy stays all year round. It is set in the grounds of Ballawyllin Farm within our orchard area. It has its own outside patio area, exclusive access to an outdoor hot tub, and shared access to a sauna, set in a separate patio area.

Spacious private Annex to family home in quiet cul-de-sac on the outskirts of Douglas. Host lives at the linked family home so some noise will travel through locked access. A half hour walk/10-minute drive to central Douglas and 5 minute drive to Nobles Hospital. Beautiful hill views and private off-road parking. Comfortable property with access to private established garden, with seating and fire pit. Use of gym is at own risk, owner accepts no liability.

Stunning views, Modern Beach Chic Tourist registrd

This modern first floor apartment has panoramic views of Douglas bay and headland. The amazing sea views are ever changing, watch the sail boats/ferries/fishing boats and the occasional cruise ship arrive in port. All rooms are modern/bright and oversized. An optional 2nd bedroom that shares the main bathroom is available for families (see 2 bed option). Please note that I only take minimum one week bookings in school holiday periods.
