In addition to just crossing the street and you're already at the sea, this newly renovated apartment has 2 en-suites and a beautiful living room, all with air-conditioning (there are three) The location is perfect, with restaurants nearby and next to the Rio Vermelho and Barra neighborhoods, also traditional in the city. Because it is a Flat, every day (except on Sundays), maids do the cleaning and make it even more enjoyable. The building also has a swimming pool.
