“The Pool House” is a pet friendly modern one bedroom guest house & pool for guests exclusive use at the rear of the main dwelling one street back from the waterfront at Port Stephens, Australia’s Blue Water Paradise. The waterfront reserve is a 2 min walk away, continue along the foreshore and in 10 min you can be in the hub of Lemon Tree Passage where you will find the boat launching ramp, park, tidal pool, Marina, Laundromat, Cafés/Restaurants, Post Office, Chemist, Butchers & Bottle Shop!

Quiet residential street 15mins walk shops, restaurants & bay beaches. The ground floor bedrooms of our home converted into a self contained visitors suite. You have a separate entrance from your sunny deck looking out to the street over the front garden. The kitchenette is designed for the convenience of travellers light meal preparation only. Your own bathroom w ceiling & floor heating, comfort of 2 ceiling fans, A/C, WIFI, TV, BT speaker, purified water. Secure screens for breezes.

The accommodation is set amongst Paperbark trees (once part of the surrounding Tomaree national park), a short stroll from the crystal waters of One Mile beach. A luxury cottage with two bedrooms, fully self contained, Resort/Tropical setting that sleeps up to to 4 people. A Bunkhouse (no a/c, fan only) with pool table, Darts, entertainment system and a bunkroom that sleeps up to 5 people. Ideal for large groups or two families with teenagers. Surfside is not suited for young children.
