There is a double bed (160x200) and a sofa bed (140x200). Here you have walking distance to cliff bath and beach (15 min), bus stop 300 m from the residence if you want to get into central Gothenburg. Grocery store, pizzeria etc are 600m away. Parking is available for one car in the driveway just outside the property. The driveway is under camera surveillance for extra security.

The house is 170 square meters and newly renovated. A total of 4 bedrooms and the garden have a big lawn. The house is located in a quiet area, just 2,5km to swim in the ocean, 10km to Gothenburg city and 2 minutes walk to the bus. It's also possible to charge your electric car at the driveway. The outdoor room is easy to open up so you can dine there no matter the weather. Bedset and towels are included since nov 2024. The person making the booking must be at least 30 years old.
