Cozy gazebo as well as two patios overlooking meadows, fields and cow pastures. Lush garden with roses, raspberries and spices. Parking for 2-4 cars. There is a farm shop 100 m away from the house. Cozy apartment in a courtyard house in Södra Mellby, Österlen. There is a private patio, a living room with kitchenette and sleeping loft with room for three people. The entire old Skåne farmhouse has been newly renovated in the past year and the guest house is part of the farmhouse, which also houses an artist's studio and gallery. The guest house has a separate entrance. Of course, the cottage is also decorated with art from the studio.

Here you will have access to a pleasant accommodation with 6 adult beds, 1 bed and 2 cribs next to Byvägen in scenic Sankt Olof during your stay in Österlen. If you need to charge the car, I have a charging box, let me know and we'll figure it out for a refund. Now I also have Boxers (Tele 2) basic selection on TV and Telenor's Wi-Fi. You bring your own bed linens, towels and then you clean yourself before checking out.

Stay centrally on Österlen just outside the village of Skåne-Tranås on a smaller farm overlooking the fields and pastures. The house is carefully renovated with a focus on charm and personality. The proximity to several wonderful beaches, golf clubs, nature reserves, food and coffee places as well as to Österlen's various sights make it easy to get around by car or bus. Wi-Fi with mobile broadband.

The Cottage in nature with a wood-fired sauna

The house is 75sqm with kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom, glassed-in, insulated porch with separate study corner, located on a 1500sqm detached forest plot, with a private access road. Outside the veranda is a spacious wooden deck. The tap water tastes good and is of very good quality. A wood-burning sauna is in a separate sauna cabin. It is not allowed to smoke indoors or bring pets.

Little House is renovated with ecological materials and located in a quiet village near Ystad, in-between two golf courses. Close to family-friendly activities, restaurants, art, nightlife. 5 km to beach/outdoor pool. Across the street there is a playground with swings, slides, trampoline and grill.
