The fire station, which was built in 1930, was completely renovated into a dream home in 2018 and has since not only served as a holiday home but has also been featured on both Swedish and German TV as well as in lots of newspaper reports. Österlen offers its most beautiful sunset on the patio to this quiet and modern accommodation. Welcome to Lundsgård. Here you can rest in seclusion between visits to everything that Österlen has to offer. The annex has six beds (two in a sofa bed), a modern kitchen with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker and toaster. In the bathroom there is a shower, washing machine and dryer. You park right outside. Electric car chargers are available at cost. Warm welcome!

Here in the adjacent side wing of the idyllic, secluded courtyard, near the village of Skåne Tranås, next to the main house to be rented, is our second, smaller apartment, the "Old Carpentry". The apartment (about 40 sqm) consists of a large living room with 2 beds and fully equipped kitchenette, as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet. An extra mattress for, for example, a couple with a child, is available. The space is heated by an air-to-air heat pump.
