Two beds where you are located on the front row and look out over the sea. Kitchenette with two hot plates, microwave, coffee maker, fridge and freezer. Small dining area, two armchairs, TV, Wi-Fi. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Large terrace, gas grill. The house is located in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, about 6 km to Ystad where you can easily drive by car or bike along the sea. Bus stop and train station with good public transport.

Österlen in a private idyll

Enjoy nature as a neighbor. You live in a secluded location in a beautiful environment. Many walking paths but a car is good for excursions to the sea and the rest of Österlen. Simple and charming, residential part of house that has been renovated for a pleasant vacation. Own well. Garden for lovely outdoor dinners and barbecue evenings, as well as a trampoline for all children. On rainy days there is a fireplace, plenty of literature and board games to enjoy in the large living room, as well as Wi-Fi/TV/Chromecast, warmly welcome!

The wooden house

Träskhuset is an architect-designed house built in 2023. It is built of cross-glued wood and stands on posts in a swamp with the beech forest as the closest neighbor. In winter, you are surrounded by water, in summer, high vegetation. Here you live in a stylish house overlooking the forest. Design by Sorgenfri Build Concept. Free parking on a shared driveway. Electric vehicle charging available. The house is about 50 meters from our own house. Happy children's screams can therefore sometimes be heard nearby.

Fire station in Österlen

Stay in a unique accommodation in a quiet corner of beautiful Österlen. Enjoy the tranquility and privacy of the river that flows past this unique building. The fire station, which was built in 1930, was completely renovated into a dream home in 2018 and has since not only served as a holiday home but has also been featured on both Swedish and German TV as well as in lots of newspaper reports. Up to 8 people can live here comfortably with everything you need. Proximity to beaches and cozy villages included.

Set in its own peaceful acre of meadows and orchard, with terraces for sunbathing or star viewing. Surrounded by famous beaches, nature reserves, renowned bakeries and cafes, farm shops, fresh fish and even a Michelin star restaurant. Across the cobble courtyard we produce our own organic ice cream. It is a gastro tourist paradise.
