The house is located in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, about 6 km to Ystad where you can easily drive by car or bike along the sea. The guest house has 2 beds and a small kitchenette with a dining area, fridge (freezer), microwave, coffee maker, kettle, glass & porcelain and a charcoal grill. Toilet and shower are located in our house and shared with the host family. You can reach the bathroom via a private entrance in close proximity to the guest house. Träskhuset is an architect-designed house built in 2023. It is built of cross-glued wood and stands on posts in a swamp with the beech forest as the closest neighbor. In winter, you are surrounded by water, in summer, high vegetation. Here you live in a stylish house overlooking the forest. Design by Sorgenfri Build Concept. Free parking on a shared driveway. Electric vehicle charging available. The house is about 50 meters from our own house. Happy children's screams can therefore sometimes be heard nearby.
