Here you live in the countryside but still only 15 minutes to the beautiful sandy beaches at Knäbäckshusen. If you prefer to stroll and experience the small town idyll, Simrishamn is only 8 minutes away by car. For those who play golf, there are two nice golf courses at Österlens Golf Club within 15 minutes by car. In addition, there are all the sights in Kivik, Baskemölla, Rörum, Ystad, etc.

Train every hour to Simrishamn and Ystad. 10 km to Gyllebosjön with nice swimming and hiking area. 20 km to Borrbystrand by the sea with fantastic sandy beach. Dogs are welcome but cost 50 SEK/day

The entire old Skåne farmhouse has been newly renovated in the past year and the guest house is part of the farmhouse, which also houses an artist's studio and gallery. Invid byggnaderna finns ängsmark och österut finner ni en mindre egen damm med varierande vattenmängd beroende av årstiderna.
