Prostran apartman u potkrovlju s velikom natkrivenom terasom za objedovanje i druženje te s balkonom s kojeg se pruža pogled na prirodu. Na raspolaganju je i arboretum s mnoštvom ukrasnog bilja, sjenicom te prostorom za kavu, čitanje i roštiljanje. Kuća je smještena u Parku prirode Medvednica, u čijoj su blizini Specijalna bolnica za medicinsku rehabilitaciju te bazeni s termalnom, ljekovitom vodom. Gostima je na raspolaganju i kućna teretana i dva sportska bicikla. Kućni ljubimci su dobrodošli.

Holiday house Sunce is located in the central part of northwestern Croatia in the village of Igrišće. It represents a five-star categorization of the object. On the property there is a vineyard with varieties Graševina, Rhine Riesling, Muscat yellow and trellis with various varieties of black and white grapes. The surroundings are dominated by forest, chirping birds and untouched nature, and there is a stream under the vineyard in the forest.
