The apartment is in a great location near the main streets and roads that connect it to other parts of Osijek and the A5 highway. It is close to shops, restaurants and public transport as well as the Opus Arena football stadium.

A detached apartment with its own entrance and yard. Two kilometers away from the Zagreb-Osijek highway, exit in Josipovac. Near the Drava river. An international cycling route along the Drava river passes through Josipovac and near the Eurovelo 13 and 16 routes, private parking in front of the building and in the yard. A city bus runs every half hour to the city of Osijek. It takes 10 minutes by car to the center of Osijek. There are several supermarkets within 5 km and a large green market in the center of Osijek.

A spacious bed is neatly arranged with white linens and accented by gray bedding. A breakfast tray with two glasses of juice and a pastry sits centrally on the bed. A rose and a heart shape made of rolled towels adds a thoughtful touch.

Er is een hal, keuken, badkamer met toilet, ruime woonkamer en een slaapkamer met een 2-persoonsbed. In de woonkamer is er een bank waardoor er 3 slaapplaatsen zijn. Gratis internet en (smart) tv is uiteraard aanwezig! De auto kan buiten op het erf zelf staan. De tuin van ruim 1600 m2 is gedeeltelijk afgezet waardoor honden ook van harte welkom zijn.
