In the 'white part' here are three spacious floors with 140 m2. On the ground floor there is kitchen,dining room,gym and laundry and on the first floor there is living room an one bedroom.On second floor there is two bedrooms. The 'brown part' has two bedroom,kitchen,living room,bathroom and toilet.

House for rest Ivićev san is located in a quiet hamlet Simici, 5.8 km from Tucepi. This house is 100 years old , but is completely renovated this winter. From the terrace and balcony there is a view of the sea on one side and the mountain Biokovo on the other one. If you are looking for a quiet and secluded place you are at the right address. Also, if you are looking for some fun, or you just wan't take a walk by the beach , Tučepi and Makarska are just few kilometres away.

We are only 40 m from the beach. The balcony offers a beautiful view of the sea and the nearby islands. The studio is newly renovated and is on the second floor. The illuminated and covered parking is located in the backyard of the house. Friendly hosts are always at your service.
