Very good sun conditions, evening sun and beautiful sunsets. Everything at the cabin can be used, including the boat with an electric outboard motor, kayak and canoe. It is a sandy beach that is suitable for families with children. 10-12 metres out, there are good depth conditions. Large kitchen with its own dining area and is well equipped. 2 minutes walk to train station, with train departures every 15 minutes to Oslo. Oslo can be reached in about 20 minutes by train. Bathhouse on the west side of Nesodden with panoramic views of the inner Oslo fjord and sun until sunset. It is located at the south end of the boardwalk on Flaskebekk, which is Norway's longest row of bathhouses. Small private beach belongs to. Provided 2 sup boards, 2 sunbeds, 2 deckchairs, a small table, park barbecue. The bathhouse is intended for a day stay, but comes with 2 mattresses. There is no electricity, water or sewage, but it is equipped with water tanks and camping toilets. Water can be refilled 200m away.

Cosy cabin with a great view. 200 meters to the nearest beach and 800 meters to a big public beach. Sun from 8 am to 10 pm in the summer. Large terrace on three levels. Kitchen holds a modern standard. Main cabin holds to bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a single bed), living room, dining area (with a kitchen sofa that can be made in to a double bed) and kitchen. Second cabin is the bathroom and third cabin is a bedroom. Note: The third cabin is without electricity.

If you come by public transport it is about 1 km to walk. Here you can be both close to most things and to yourself. By car, it is about 15 minutes to the nearest beach, 17 minutes to Norway's largest amusement park and 15 minutes to a shopping centre, while hiking areas and the forest are right outside the door.
