This is a classic 1960's beach house with brand new windows, doors, floors, kitchen, bathrooms, paint, furnishings, appliances - you name it. We are super proud of the finished look and know it will make a wonderful home away from home! Style is an eclectic mix of beachy mid-century and maximalism (read: FUN). Must be 25 to book. Perched on a hilltop with Amazing Views, Our place is walking distance from CSU of Fullerton and Fullerton Arboretum. We are located off the 57 fwy and a 20 min drive to Disneyland! It is a tiny cottage with modern amenities and although the cottage is detached from the main home, there is a cottage directly below, where you may hear noise if occupied. You may never see us, but available if needed. Enjoy a tranquil space with sounds of morning birds, outdoor fountains and a dog!
