Bed and breakfast holiday rentals in Orange County

I absolutely loved my stay at Christina and Dan’s. They were incredibly friendly, kind, and considerate. The place where we stayed was very clean and beautiful. The horses, the spa and the breathtaking views made our trip amazing. Breakfast was delicious and always on time for us to begin our day. Also, the town around was filled with incredible restaurants (with live music) and very kind people. I can’t rave about this place and it’s amazing owners enough. I recommend this great stay for anyone and will definitely be back soon.

What a hidden gem in the beautiful Hudson Valley wine country- I almost want to keep it a secret so it doesn’t become too popular! Everything about our trip was great from initial outreach and questions with Victor about booking, to day of check in, and all of the tips and hospitality from Victor the owner and all staff, especially Angelo. We lucked out with good weather for most of the trip as well. We sampled an array of amazing wines at Benmarl and also participated in the Fineries at the Wineries event and was able to hop around and try other wineries as well, and then end our night with a fire in the fireplace and a few glasses of wine back in the b&b. Victor prepared an amazing cheese plate and pizza Saturday night as well - highly recommend to try the food on the weekends. We would definitely come back whether for a day trip or to stay over in the b&b again.

My boyfriend and I loved staying at Borland House; it was comfortable, charming, and the folks who manage the B&B were very helpful and responsive. It's right in town near several restaurants and shops and the history of the home and period details made for a welcoming and enjoyable stay! Get brunch there on the weekends!

Very peaceful and beautiful scenery, with huge backyard. Hosts are welcoming and helpful and gave us good recommendations for places to eat. Dan was also very friendly. We had the first floor room with private bath. Bed was comfortable. The only toiletry items available were hand soap and toilet paper, no shower amenities, so plan ahead. Towels were provided. One last comment, the first floor bedroom opens to the kitchen so you hear all sounds in the morning and hear people walking up and down stairs, so if you want to sleep in, don’t pick the first floor room. Overall a nice relaxing experience at this bed/breakfast.

I stayed for two nights while having work done on my plane at KMGJ. The bnb is conveniently located with several good restaurants within walking distance.

Expect a wonderful stay with great accommodations and gracious hosts!

My boyfriend and I LOVED our stay here! The land is such a peaceful, calm area to walk around. The room was so cozy with the fireplace and the bed was so comfortable. Denise was so lovely and our breakfast in the morning was incredible! We can't wait to come back and stay a weekend in the summer and/or fall.

Will stay again next time we visit Storm King. Amenities were spot on and we felt very comfortable during our stay.

My fiancée and I stayed one night to get away from the city. The house and our room were beautiful and clean, absolutely no complaints. Hot tub/jacuzzi and fireplace in the room were amazing! Dena gave us a great recommendation for dinner and the breakfast she made for us the next morning was delicious. John was a pleasure to talk to during breakfast. The house is also very conveniently close to a lot of great hiking. We had a great time!

We enjoyed our stay and relaxing in the back watching the horses after our hikes. The place was clean and the conversations enjoyable. Thank you for your hospitality.

My fiancé and I cannot say enough good things about Maureen and her family’s home! To start, the house itself is gorgeous and full of character, with so many thoughtful touches you feel as if you’re in a dream. The special moments with Maureen and her family were by far the cherry on top. Delicious food and great conversation in a truly serene and peaceful setting. Enjoyed my second visit to this inn. Got to use the fireplace this time and it was really nice.

Great place to stay. Walkable to most everything in Warwick. Lots of room to spread out and the bathroom was quite large. You have to walk through the front of the restaurant to reach the loft and the restaurant staff was always very welcoming upon our return. We had a slight hiccup at check-in, but Gabriela was extremely responsive. Definitely recommend.

That's a small charming B'n'B in a very beautiful place. We had amazing stay and I'm looking forward to visit again!

The Fox and Bear lodge was so charming! We had a nice, quiet and comfortable one night stay while traveling upstate for a wedding. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed a leisurely morning before we departed. The staff and owners are friendly and attentive. This place is a great find for the area.
