Little red house centrally located in Örebro

From the red house in Almby, Örebro, you are close to both Örebro center and nature. Here, you can stay in a house close to all amenities, quiet but central residential area in a new old cottage. In the basement (30m2) there is a bathroom and laundry room, on the ground floor (30m2) there is a kitchen, living room with bed cabinet and a toilet. Upstairs (25m2) there is a double bed, two single beds and a toilet. To the city center it is 2 km, 300 meters to the university, 600 meters to the nearest grocery store and 2 km to Gustavsvik.

Perfect both for the active or those who just want to enjoy the peace and quiet. 5 km from Pershyttans mountain village, less than 10 km from the picturesque wooden town of Nora with good food, antique shops and a unique urban environment. Welcome to Kulturhuset Storgården, Edsberg in beautiful Lekeberg in Västernärke, where culture, recreation and party merge. The 18th century house Storgården is a stone's throw west of Edsberg church. For generations, the house has been beautifully situated in the park through fires and renovations. With moose, deer, and rich bird life around the knot and the wind rushing in the trees, this home provides rural serenity and proximity to cultural-historical sites. Welcome to our lakeside gem with all the comforts! 135 sqm winterized cabin with municipal water and sewage as well as fully equipped kitchen. It has everything you need from shower, bathtub and washing machine to TV and fireplace for rainy days. If it is warm there is AC and jetty shared with the neighbors 2 min walk from the house. In the master bedroom there is a double bed (180 cm) as well as a 105 cm bed. In the small bedroom there is a 140cm bed. The sofa in the patio is easily made into two more beds

Bring the whole family or friends to this amazing place with lots of room for fun and relaxation. Here you live in a semi-detached house on two levels with ample space to hang out. The back faces a lush area. Here you can enjoy a good meal that you threw together on the grill, a relaxing moment in the hot tub, or challenge each other in who makes the most beautiful arts on the trampoline. A stone's throw away you will find one of Sweden's finest golf courses and also MTB courts and outdoors.

Här är ett hus med mycket utrymme som är fördelat på två plan + källare. Utöver 4 sovrum finns det ett gemensamt kök och ett vardagsrum och på övre våningen ett utrymme med tv. Avskiljd uteplats ingår och tillgång till stor trädgård. Huset ligger i anslutning till vackra naturreservatet Oset som går ihop med Rynningeviken vilket är perfekt för långpromenader eller cykelturer. Huset ligger ca 4 km från centrala Örebro och länsbussen stannar utanför. Närmaste badplats är Hjälmarbaden 8 km bort.

At the front there is a large parking and at the back there are benches and tables with a small patio. Please note that the property is rented without linen and towels.
