Hiking trails and rock climbing. By car, it takes about 30 minutes to Lysekil, Hunnebostrand, Fjällbacka or other coastal gems. The house includes the essentials you need. Plus three parking spaces. Duvets and pillows are provided. Bed linen and bath towels can be rented if desired. Cleaning is not included. To be left in the same condition. Otherwise, a cleaning fee will be charged.

Possibility to rent a canoe and a small motorboat. Good fishing opportunities, especially for Gjørs. Great hiking terrain. 13 km to 18 hole golf course. 13 kilometers to Munkedal (grocery stores and liquor stores). 22 kilometers to Uddevalla and Torp shopping center.

Welcome to your holiday accommodation in spring, summer, autumn and winter. Here you live with proximity to nature and Gullmarsfjorden's fishing and saltwater swimming. Grocery store, restaurant and a larger shopping center are 10 minutes away by car. The accommodation is a good starting point for visiting Bohuslän's all excursion destinations and fishing communities in summer and winter. Take a day trip to Smögen and Lysekil or spend a few hours at a spa. The house is cozy, spacious and fully equipped with what is needed for a successful stay.

Newly-built cottage right by the sea with a large jetty and a private berth. The dock is made for you to enjoy all day, as there are sun loungers, swimming ladder, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

Nearest shop (Galna Handlaren 1 kilometre) and bus stop (Kviström 2 kilometres). It is only 5 km to the popular bathing spot Saltkällan, and 40 km to all the gems of the coast such as Lysekil, Smögen, Hunnebo, Fjällbacka and Grebbestad, making it a perfect starting point for many great excursion destinations. If you want to shop, there is everything you want at Torp shopping center that you can reach in 10 minutes by car.

Villa Holmen offers quiet accommodation close to nature, ideal for families and for those seeking relaxation and outdoor activities. A boat is available to borrow at no extra cost during your stay (please let us know in advance). For fishing throughout the entire lake, we offer fishing permits for €50. Modern house close to the Åby fjord in Brodalen. The house lies between pink granite rocks with beautiful views over the surrounding nature. 25 min by car to Lysekil and 5 min to the closest grocery store. Brodalen is the Mekka of Swedish rockclimbing with several wellknown routes. The location also offers vicinity to hiking paths in the forests with walking distance to Röe Gård. Please note that you need to bring your own bed linen as well as clean the house at the end of your visit.
